Política de privacidad

RitLoop no tiene cuentas, no tiene analítica, no tiene publicidad y no tiene servidores propios. Tu música no sale nunca de tus dispositivos. Lo único que puede salir de ellos son tus bucles y la organización de tu biblioteca, y solo hacia tu iCloud privado, al que nosotros no tenemos acceso.

Qué datos maneja la app y dónde viven

Todo lo que RitLoop necesita para funcionar se guarda en tu dispositivo:

• Tu audio. Los archivos que importas se copian al almacenamiento privado de la app. No se suben a ningún sitio, nunca — ni a servidores nuestros (no los hay) ni a iCloud.
• Tu trabajo sobre cada canción. Los bucles A-B que marcas (nombre, puntos, velocidad, tono), la rejilla rítmica (tempo detectado, el «1», el compás), las carpetas de tu biblioteca y datos de uso de cada canción (título, artista, duración, última reproducción, últimos ajustes).

No hay registro, ni cuenta, ni perfil. No sabemos quién eres ni qué escuchas.

Qué sincroniza iCloud (si lo tienes activado)

Para que un bucle marcado en el iPhone aparezca en el Mac, RitLoop usa CloudKit, la base de datos privada de tu cuenta de iCloud. Ahí viajan únicamente:

• los bucles (nombre, puntos A y B, velocidad, tono) y sus carpetas;
• la organización de la biblioteca (carpetas y a cuál pertenece cada canción);
• los metadatos de cada canción: título, artista, duración, nombre del archivo, una huella del audio (que sirve para reconocer la misma canción en otro dispositivo, no para reconstruirla), la rejilla rítmica y los últimos ajustes de reproducción.

El audio no viaja jamás por iCloud. Si importas la misma canción en dos dispositivos, RitLoop la reconoce por su huella y le casa tus bucles; el archivo lo pones tú en cada dispositivo.

Esa base de datos es tuya: está en tu cuenta de iCloud, protegida por Apple con cifrado, y el desarrollador no puede leerla ni acceder a ella. Si desactivas iCloud para RitLoop en los ajustes del sistema, todo sigue funcionando solo en local.

Qué NO hacemos

• Sin analítica ni rastreo. La app no lleva ningún SDK de analítica, ni de publicidad, ni de redes sociales. No medimos tu uso ni se lo contamos a nadie.
• Sin cuentas. No pedimos email, ni nombre, ni registro.
• Sin venta de datos. No tenemos datos tuyos que vender, y aunque los tuviéramos, no se venden.
• Sin peticiones de red ocultas. La app funciona entera sin conexión.

Compras

RitLoop Pro se compra a través del App Store. El pago lo procesa Apple: nosotros no vemos ni almacenamos ningún dato de pago (consulta la política de privacidad de Apple). El periodo de prueba se calcula en tu dispositivo a partir del recibo firmado del App Store; esa comprobación no pasa por ningún servidor nuestro.

Tus derechos

Como no recogemos datos personales, el control es directamente tuyo:

• Borrar tus datos locales: elimina la app y desaparece todo lo que guardaba en el dispositivo.
• Borrar tus datos de iCloud: en Ajustes → [tu nombre] → iCloud puedes desactivar RitLoop o borrar sus datos; también puedes gestionarlos desde cualquier dispositivo con tu cuenta.
• Si crees que algo no funciona como se describe aquí, o quieres ejercer cualquier derecho que te reconoce el RGPD, escríbenos a support@ritloop.app y lo resolvemos.

Tu música y sus derechos

RitLoop trabaja con la música que tú importas desde tus propios archivos. Eres tú quien debe contar con los derechos necesarios sobre esa música para usarla en tu estudio personal. RitLoop no distribuye, no publica ni comparte esa música con nadie: se queda en tus dispositivos.

Menores

RitLoop no recoge datos personales de nadie, tampoco de menores, y no incluye contenido ni funciones dirigidas específicamente a ellos.

Cambios en esta política

Si alguna versión futura de RitLoop cambia lo que aquí se describe (por ejemplo, una función nueva que necesite red), esta página se actualizará antes de publicar esa versión, con la fecha de la revisión arriba.

Privacy policy

RitLoop has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no servers of its own. Your music never leaves your devices. The only thing that can leave them is your loops and your library organization, and only into your private iCloud, which we cannot access.

What data the app handles, and where it lives

Everything RitLoop needs is stored on your device:

• Your audio. Files you import are copied into the app's private storage. They are never uploaded anywhere — not to our servers (there are none) and not to iCloud.
• Your work on each song. The A-B loops you mark (name, points, speed, pitch), the rhythm grid (detected tempo, the "one", the time signature), your library folders, and per-song usage data (title, artist, duration, last played, last settings).

There is no sign-up, no account, no profile. We don't know who you are or what you listen to.

What iCloud syncs (if you have it enabled)

So that a loop marked on your iPhone shows up on your Mac, RitLoop uses CloudKit, the private database of your iCloud account. The only things that travel there are:

• your loops (name, A and B points, speed, pitch) and their folders;
• your library organization (folders and which song belongs to which);
• each song's metadata: title, artist, duration, file name, an audio fingerprint (used to recognize the same song on another device, not to reconstruct it), the rhythm grid, and the last playback settings.

Audio never travels through iCloud. If you import the same song on two devices, RitLoop recognizes it by its fingerprint and matches your loops to it; you provide the file on each device.

That database is yours: it lives in your iCloud account, protected by Apple with encryption, and the developer cannot read or access it. If you turn iCloud off for RitLoop in the system settings, everything keeps working locally.

What we do NOT do

• No analytics, no tracking. The app ships with no analytics, advertising, or social SDKs. We don't measure your usage or report it to anyone.
• No accounts. We never ask for your email, name, or a registration.
• No selling data. We hold no data about you to sell — and it wouldn't be for sale anyway.
• No hidden network requests. The entire app works offline.

Purchases

RitLoop Pro is purchased through the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple: we never see or store any payment data (see Apple's privacy policy). The free trial is computed on your device from the signed App Store receipt; that check never touches any server of ours.

Your rights

Since we collect no personal data, control is directly in your hands:

• Delete your local data: remove the app and everything it stored on the device is gone.
• Delete your iCloud data: in Settings → [your name] → iCloud you can turn RitLoop off or delete its data; you can also manage it from any device signed into your account.
• If you believe something doesn't work as described here, or you want to exercise any right the GDPR grants you, write to support@ritloop.app and we'll sort it out.

Your music and its rights

RitLoop works with music that you import from your own files. It is up to you to hold the rights to that music for your personal practice. RitLoop does not distribute, publish, or share that music with anyone: it stays on your devices.

Children

RitLoop collects no personal data from anyone, including children, and contains no content or features specifically aimed at them.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of RitLoop changes anything described here (for example, a new feature that needs the network), this page will be updated before that version ships, with the revision date shown above.
